CRM Dashboards

You already have the data. Now you can read it.

An operating dashboard built on your LeadPerfection account. Cost per lead, set rate, close rate by rep, the full funnel by product line — assembled, reconciled against your own reports, and waiting when you open your laptop.

The dashboard's Today page: revenue month to date with a trend line, then tiles for raw leads, calls, appointments set, appointments out, demos run, sales written, written revenue and speed to lead, each against its target, and a pipeline panel showing leads being worked, appointments set but not run, demos awaiting a decision and sales inside the cancellation window.

The Today page, as it looks on a laptop. Every figure here is sample data — a worked example, not a client's numbers, which is what the flag in the corner says on the real thing too.

The reports exist. That is the problem.

LeadPerfection holds everything about your business and hands it back one report at a time. Set rate is on one. Cost per lead is on another. Which rep closes which product is on a third, and none of them agree on what a month is.

Pulling five of them into a spreadsheet every Monday is not reporting. It is data entry, and the answer arrives a week after the decision it was supposed to inform.

What is on it

Six views. Every figure on them comes from your account, and every one can be traced back to a report you can run yourself.

Today

What has happened since midnight, against the pace you need to hit the month — leads in, dials made, appointments set, appointments out.

Marketing

Where the leads came from and what each one cost. Cost per lead, per appointment and per demo, by source, and a drill-down into the sub-sources inside one source.

Call Center

Speed to lead, the conversion stages the call center owns, and who is moving the median.

Sales

Close rate by rep, by product and by lead source. The rep who looks average overall is usually excellent at one and poor at another.

Goals & Expenses

Tell it the revenue you want. It runs the funnel backwards and tells you the demos a month, the leads a week and the spend it actually takes.

Presentation

The same figures laid out for a meeting, so the monthly review is a page somebody opens rather than a deck somebody builds.

Four of the panels

Real cards from the product, not mock-ups. Every figure is sample data.

A grid of six sales reps against five product groups. Each cell shows that rep's close rate for that product and the net sale dollars per lead issued beneath it, shaded darker as the close rate rises, with a rep average column at the right and a product average row at the foot.
Nobody is average at everything The rep who looks average overall is usually excellent at one line and poor at another. Shading follows the close rate; the second figure in each cell is net sale dollars per lead issued.
Set rate banded by time to first contact — under five minutes, five to fifteen, fifteen to sixty, one to four hours, four to twenty-four, and over a day — each bar labelled with its set rate and the number of leads behind it, against a dashed standard line.
The case for answering faster, in your numbers The clearest argument you will ever have for answering faster, made with your leads rather than someone else's study. The lead count under each band says which bars are worth believing.
The six-stage funnel run in reverse: bars for raw leads, set, issued, net issued, demos and net sales, each showing actual against the goal pace to date, above a table giving what each stage needs per year, per month and per day, with the conversion assumption behind every step.
Start from the number you want Tell it the revenue you want and it works back up the funnel to the leads a day it takes, showing the conversion assumption behind every step so you can argue with them.
A table of every lead source with spend, raw leads, set appointments, issued, net issued, demos, sales and net revenue, and the cost per raw lead, per set appointment and per demo for each one.
Cheap leads that are not cheap Spend, volume and outcome side by side, with cost per lead, per appointment and per demo for each source — so a channel that looks cheap at the top can be checked at the bottom.

Why your numbers never quite match

If you have ever had two reports disagree about the same month and never found out which one was right, this is usually why.

The same events can be dated two different ways, and both are correct. A dashboard that silently picks one is not more accurate — it is less honest. So this one shows both, and tells you when they disagree.

By the day the lead came in

Answers is what we are buying converting? The leads in the numerator and the denominator are the same leads, which is the only way a conversion rate means anything.

By the day the appointment ran

Answers what did we do this month? August's appointments include ones set in July. Nothing is wrong; the question changed.

Both are on the dashboard, labelled, with the gap between them shown rather than smoothed over. When a figure disagrees with a report you ran in LeadPerfection, you get to see which clock each one is on instead of assuming somebody made a mistake.

What it is not

Not a CRM replacement

LeadPerfection stays your system of record and your team keeps working exactly as they do now. Nothing to migrate, no new software for anyone to learn.

Not writing to your account

It reads. Nothing it does can change a lead, an appointment or a disposition in LeadPerfection.

Not shared with anyone

Your account is yours alone. Access is per company and enforced at the database, your API credentials are stored encrypted, and no other client can reach your rows.

What it costs

Month to month. Cancel on 30 days' notice.

Onboarding

$500

One time — includes your first month.

We do the build. There is no setup on your side beyond the intake form and granting API access.

Monthly

$250 /mo

Billed monthly, from month two.

  • Data refreshed through the day, reconciled nightly
  • Hosting and updates
  • Unlimited users
  • Reconciliation against your reports at setup
  • Email support
  • New features as they are built

Some things are priced separately because they are a standing commitment rather than a setting — costing every marketing sub-source individually, for one. We will tell you when something falls outside the monthly fee before you ask for it, not after.

How it starts

Live within 48 hours of your LeadPerfection access being confirmed.

1

A free 30 minutes

We go through what you sell and what you need to see. If this is not the right thing for your business, you will be told that.

2

Intake and access

You fill in a short form and your LeadPerfection administrator requests API access. That request is the only part of this nobody controls, so it goes in first.

3

Build and reconcile

We build it, then check it against your own reports before you see it — and show you where any figure differs and why.

The 48 hours runs from confirmed access, not from signature. LeadPerfection's authorisation has come back in a day and it has taken a week, and a promise measured from the wrong starting line breaks on something that was never ours to control.

Which CRM

Today this is built on LeadPerfection, which is what most home improvement companies of this size run. The pipeline reads its API, so what you need on your side is an API user and an app key — we send your administrator the exact request to make.

If you run something else, say so on the call. The reporting ideas here are not specific to one vendor, but the connector is, and it is honest work to build rather than a checkbox. We will tell you straight whether it is worth it.

Send us one month of your reports.

We will show you what your own numbers say before you commit to anything. The call is free and there is no pitch.
