Terms of service

What we sell

Full Scope LLC sells digital business guides — written playbooks, printable reference cards, and spreadsheet tools — delivered as downloadable files immediately after purchase. We also provide consulting services, quoted separately.

Your licence

When you buy a playbook you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use it inside your own company. You may print it, share it with your own employees, and adapt its scripts, standards, and templates for your business.

You may not resell, republish, or redistribute the files outside your company, and you may not present the material as your own product to others.

What these materials are

The playbooks are business guidance built from field experience and industry practice. They are templates to be adapted, not guarantees. Full Scope LLC does not promise any particular revenue, close rate, or business result from using them. Nothing we sell is legal, tax, employment, or financial advice — check your own obligations with a qualified professional before changing pay structures, contracts, or hiring practices.

Availability

We aim to keep downloads available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. If a download link fails, contact us and we will re-issue it.

Refund policy

If a playbook isn't right for your business, email or call us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it in full. You do not need to justify the request.

• Refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
• Because the files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we ask that you stop using and delete them once a refund is issued.
• Consulting engagements are covered by the terms of their own agreement, not by this policy.

If a purchase was made in error or you were charged twice, contact us and we will correct it regardless of the 14-day window.

Privacy policy

What we collect

• When you buy something: your name, email address, and billing details are collected and processed by Stripe, our payment processor. Full Scope LLC never receives or stores your full card number.
• When you book a consultation: your name, email, and any notes you add are collected by Cal.com, our scheduling provider, so we can hold the appointment.
• When you use the free evaluation: nothing is collected. The questionnaire and its report run entirely in your browser. Your figures are never transmitted to us or to anyone else unless you separately choose to send them.

What we do with it

We use your information to deliver what you bought, to hold appointments you booked, and to answer you when you get in touch. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Processors we rely on

• Stripe — payment processing and receipts
• Cal.com — consultation scheduling

Each holds your data under its own privacy policy in order to provide that service.

Your choices

Contact us at the number above to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will act on the request within a reasonable period, keeping only what we are required to keep for tax and accounting purposes.

This is a business-to-business service and is not directed at anyone under 18.
